Pick up at the branch

You can receive the shipment:

Once the shipment arrives at the branch, you will receive an SMS or push notification with the branch number and express waybill (EW) number.

If you receive shipments at different types of post offices, there are restrictions on the declared value depending on the category:

  • Parcels — weight up to 30 kg
  • Cargo — weight over 30 kg

    Cargo (over 30 kg)

Once handed over, you can check the contents of the shipment in the presence of the operator. If everything is OK and there is no need to return the shipment, the operator will provide an express waybill as a confirmation of receipt

Receive the parcel on your own via a self-service terminal

Now you can receive shipments at the branch even without addressing the operator.

How to receive a shipment using the mobile app

  1. Pay for the delivery in the app if you are specified as the payer of the service.
  2. While at the branch, let the operator scan the customer's code from the main screen of the app. After the operator hands over the shipment, inspect the contents to make sure everything is fine.

How to pick up a shipment with identity documents

! Required for parcels with a declared value from 30 000 ₴ or for payments over 5 000 ₴ at the branch.

  1. Provide the agent with the waybill number and an identity document: for example, your passport or driver's license*. Documents in the Diia app are also accepted.
  1. Pay for delivery and additional services if they haven't been paid yet.
  2. Confirm receipt via an incoming call or SMS to the recipient's phone number.

* To pick up parcels with a declared value over 30 000 ₴, you must provide an identity document from the list specified in Article 13 of the Law of Ukraine "On the Unified State Demographic Register and Documents that Confirm Citizenship of Ukraine, Identity or Special Status"
